Adhesives
Product Information
BioAdhere SUP250 is a bio-based, two component, urethane adhesive that combines ease of use with high bonding performance for Engineered Wood applications. BioAdhere SUP250 has zero microplastics and no odors compared to other solvent based urethane adhesives yet is bio-based. BioAdhere SUP250 was formulated with a goal to provide high bond performance for Engineered Wood applications.
Advantages
- 31% Bio-Based
- Low Odor
- Strong Bonding
- Versatile Applications
- Surface Preparation not Required
- Low VOC
- Zero Microplastics
Application
Mixing Instructions for a 1-gallon Kit:
- For high strength structural bonds, remove surface contaminants such as paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mold release agents and all other surface contaminants
- Use gloves to minimize skin contact. DO NOT use solvents for cleaning hands.
- Mix Part B into Part A in a 1:1 ratio for 2 – 3 minutes. Then apply via brush or roller.
- Static mix tips are needed to adequately mix this class of material when dispensing via continuous operation.
- Application to the substrates should be made as soon as possible. Larger quantities and/or higher temperatures will reduce the working time

Product Information
BioAdhere SWoA250 is a bio-based, one-component, water-based adhesive that combines ease of use with high bonding performance for Cabinetry, Furniture and other wood based applications. BioAdhere SwoA250 has no odor and zero microplastics. BioAdhere SWoA250 bonds most porous substrates such as wood and can be
used for paper products.
Advantages
- 30% Bio-Based
- Low Odor
- Strong Bonding
- Surface Preparation not Required
- Low VOC
- Zero Microplastics
Application
Mixing Instructions:
- Bulk Containers: Mix prior to use with a drum mixer or other adequate mixer.
- Apply BioAdhere SwoA250 to the substrate with a brush, roller or sprayer.
- Join the adhesive coated surfaces and allow to cure. Higher temperatures will speed upcuring.
- Keep assembled parts from moving during cure. The bond should be allowed to develop full strength before subjecting to any service load.
- Excessive uncured adhesive can be cleaned up with (cleans up with water too).
