BioCoat SUP250 Gloss is a bio-based, two-component, water-based, polyurethane top coat that combines ease of use with high bonding performance on concrete, ceramic, wood, and metal substrates.

Application
Surface Preparation:
- For high strength structural coatings, remove surface contaminants such as paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mold release agents and all other surface contaminants.
- Use gloves to minimize skin contact.
Mixing Instructions for a 5-Gallon Kit:
- Mix Part A well prior to use. Use a paint stick or a drill mixer.
- Add all of Part B to Part A. Mix 5 minutes using a drill mixer.
- Add 8.3 lbs of water to Part A.
- Mix for 5 minutes using a drill mixer.
- Add the entire content of the Accelerator to Part A if a faster dry is desired.
- Mix for 5 minutes using a drill mixer.
- Apply with brush, roller or sprayer to substrate.
- Apply coating at 3mil to 6mil thickness
- Coating will be dry to touch in 10 – 12 hours when using the included Accelerator.
- Full cure in 5 days.

Product Information
The BioCoat SWaE250 is a water-based, bio-based two-part epoxy primer. It bonds to concrete extremely well and is used as a Primer coat or Main Coat for concrete floor applications. It dries to the touch in approximately 2 hours, allowing you to quickly move to the next step.

Application
Mixing Instructions for 5-Gallon Kit:
- Mix Part B well prior to use.
- Use a drill mixer for best results.
- Add all of Part B to Part A.
- Mix 3 minutes using a drill mixer.
- Add 5.3 lbs of water to Part A.
- Mix for 3 minutes using a drill mixer.
- Apply with brush, roller, squeegee or sprayer to substrate.
- Application thickness: 3 – 4 dry mills (6 – 7 wet mills)
- Pot life: Approximately 1 hour
- Dry Time: 3 – 4 hours under ambient conditions (70ºF/21ºC, 30% humidity).
- Dry time will take longer under cooler ambient temperatures and/or higher humidity.
- Optional next coat (polyurethane topcoat or epoxy main coat) can be applied once dry to touch
- Full Cure Time: 5 days

Application
Mixing Instructions for the 5-gallon Kit:
- Mix Part B well prior to use. For best results use a drill mixer.
- Add all of Part B to Part A.
- Mix 3 minutes. For best results use a drill mixer.
- Apply with brush, roller, squeegee to substrate.
- Application thickness (flooring): 5 – 50 dry mils (5 – 50 wet mils) (depending on the surface roughness and unevenness. Smooth floors will require less thickness while rougher floors will require a thicker coating)
- Pot life: Approximately 1 hour
- Dry Time: 8 – 10 hours under ambient conditions (70ºF, 30% humidity).
- Dry time will take longer under cooler ambient temperatures and/or higher humidity.
- The next coat can be applied once dry.
- Full Cure Time: 5 days
