  • 25% Bio-Based
  • Low Odor
  • Microbial Resistant
  • Mold Resistant
  • Fungal Resistant
  • Low VOC
  • Contributes to LEED Credits
Application

Surface Preparation:

  1. For high strength structural coatings, remove surface contaminants such as paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mold release agents and all other surface contaminants.
  2. Use gloves to minimize skin contact.

Mixing Instructions for a 1-gallon Kit:

  1. Mix Part A well prior to use. Use a paint stick or a drill mixer.
  2. Add all of Part B to Part A.
  3. Mix 5 minutes using a paint stick or drill mixer.
  4. Add 28 fluid ounces of water to Part A.
  5. Mix for 5 minutes using a paint stick or drill mixer.
  6. Add the entire content of the Accelerator to Part A if a faster dry is desired.
  7. When the Accelerator is added the dry time of the coating is approximately 10 –
12 hours. When the Accelerator is not added, the dry time of the coating is
    approximately 20 – 24 hours.
  8. Mix for 5 minutes using a paint stick or drill mixer.
  9. Apply with brush, roller or sprayer to substrate.
  10. Application thickness: 3-4 dry mills (6 – 8 wet mills
  11. Pot life: Approximately 1 hour
  12. Dry Time: 10 – 12 hours under ambient conditions (70F, 30% humidity). Dry
time will take longer under cooler ambient temperatures and/or higher humidity.

Application

Mixing Instructions

  1. Mix Part B well prior to use. Use a paint stick and be sure to re-mix
the solids that have settled out at the bottom of the can. Be sure to
scrape the solids off the bottom and sides of the can with the
paint stick and mix them back into the solution. This process will
    take about 5 minutes.

  2. Add all of Part B to Part A.

  3. Mix 5 minutes using a paint stick or drill mixer.

  4. Add 20 fluid ounces of water to the mixture in Part A

  5. Mix for 5 minutes using a paint stick or drill mixer.

  6. Apply with brush, roller or sprayer to substrate.

Mixing Instructions for the 1-gallon Kit:

  1. Mix Part B well prior to use. Use a paint stick or a drill mixer. Mix SLOWLY and GENTLY to minimize entrainment of air bubbles.
  2. Add all of Part B to Part A.
  3. Mix 5 minutes using a paint stick. Mix SLOWLY and GENTLY to
    minimize entrainment of air bubbles.
  4. Apply with brush, roller or sprayer to substrate.
